If you would like to schedule a cake tasting / consultation appointment with Chef Mireya, the fee is $35, to be paid in advance of your appointment. This fee is waived once you book your wedding with us. Appointments can be scheduled via email us at BelleEstanni@gmail.com

An invoice via Square will be sent to the email address you provide.  Until we have received payment for your consultation, we CANNOT guarantee your appointment.

At the time of your scheduling and payment, please let us know about any flavor requests you may have from the listing featured on our website. Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate requests as much as possible, although we cannot make absolute guarantees. Any flavor request must be submitted at least one week in advance in order that we have time to accommodate them. If the flavor you would like to taste is a specialty flavor not normally produced by our bakery, or items with a dietary restriction we may charge an additional fee.

Guests are required to wear a mask to enter the shop. Masks may be removed once seated. We allow 2 guests during the Cake Tasting, any other guests will be a fee of $10 per person. In order for us to accommodate this request, you must notify us at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment. 

Your cake does not come with a stand upon order. If you would like to rent a stand from us, we can provide a stand for a $25 rental fee. We also require a $150 security deposit as incentive to make sure the cake stand is returned to us. The $150 deposit will be charged to your card at the time of ordering the cake stand, and will be refunded to your card if the stand is returned to us within 3-5 days of your event, clean, and in good condition. If any parts are missing, your deposit will be forfeit. A 20% service charge will be subtracted from your deposit if the cake stand is returned dirty.
